Issue: Tax code list is not visible in the transaction for selection

Issue: Tax code list is not visible in the transaction for selection
Tax codes is created in the database and available to select in tax code determination but not visible in the transaction for selection

Tax type, tax type combination and tax formula is correctly defined in the system and Item master also GST enabled 
Expected behaviour: Tax code should be visible to select in all transactions.
Actual behaviour : Tax code not visible in the transaction. If we type tax code manually and click Tab, system calculates tax amount and works properly.

Solution: Check for the tax code where G/L is not defined or specifically the tax code called Exempt tax code where purchase and sales tax GL account not defined and remove that tax code
Also when packager applied to copy the existing database such issue occurs, ensure that such tax codes are removed.
